From another soul shaped by trauma and grasping at ease and joy, thank you for this piece. Thank you for sharing your heart and words with us, even though you owe us none of it. Thank you for allowing me to feel seen, even though our stories are so very different, but have a connecting thread that is so very similar.

I’ve always felt we have connecting threads in our stories, even in their differences. So much of what you write about grief has helped me tend to mine. Grateful for you.

Thank you so much for sharing vulnerably. And for demonstrating how to show up for yourself time and time again, even when it is so hard.

I just turned 40 and put all of my belongings in storage, gave up my beautiful home and am loving on the road this summer- also a reclamation of what was lost through trauma- the freedom and joy of living. I deeply appreciate all that you have shared here and want to express gratitude for you taking the time & putting it on the page so to speak, so that it could echo around inside of me to the places that have questioned my own sanity while also fully having and believing the knowingness♥️
